Clean up committee was originally started (1980s)as a benefit to the community as a service project of the Bluff Siding Backyard Bible School. Mrs. Neil (Darlene) Ellingson was the initiator of the project. It continues today as the Bluff Siding Neighbors and each year, usually in May, volunteers walk the stretch from County P to the park picking up trash on both sides of Hwy 35.
